Flexible, Customizable Reports
|
Managers can now receive reports on email traffic, spam filtering activity, viruses detected, system health and other vital details of MXtreme’s activity. Reports can be generated on demand and at scheduled times. Reports can also be filtered to provide reporting on only mail domains, user groups, or specific hosts.
MXtreme reports can be easily configured. Users can choose from a range of preconfigured reports or create their own. Administrators can specify which data is to be included in each report, how it is to be displayed, the order of data, and the number of entries to report, such as "Top 10 Disk Space Users".

In the event of a problem, the network management frame-work is notified using advanced SNMP trapping and export of system logs. With these tools - and from a single console - MXtreme can manage your global email infrastructure.

Alarms

MXtreme implements a variety of system alarms to notify the administrator of exceptional system conditions. For example, you can receive an alarm notification if the daily FTP backup fails.
You can select the type of alarm notifications to receive, such as Critical, Serious, and Warning events.
